Autodesk to Extend Multi-user Retirement
In response to challenges associated with coronavirus (COVID-19) on our customers, Autodesk is announcing two changes for the transition to named user:
• Annual multi-user subscriptions may be renewed until August 7, 2022.
• Autodesk team is accelerating efforts to include a cloud-based license solution for occasional users in the second half of 2021.
These announcements offer flexibility for the customers, with longer timelines to transition to named user plans and a path towards an alternative option for infrequent users. There will be no changes to the following:
• Multi-user trade-in offer – 2:1 offer available at first renewal only
• Maintenance trade-in offer
• New annual or multi-year multi-user subscription policies – exceptions continue to be available indefinitely for customers with specific needs, including government
• Maintenance retirement date (May 7, 2021)
Expanding Customers’ Previous Version Access to 5 Versions Back
Starting November 2, 2020, Autodesk has expanded previous version access for all customers on subscription and maintenance plans to include the latest version and up to 5 versions back*
• NO CHANGE: All customers can still access the latest version of their product and up to three previous versions from their Autodesk Account.
• NEW: Customers can request downloads to older available versions through the Autodesk Virtual Agent (AVA).
• NEW: Customers trading in their multi-user subscription or maintenance plan will now be able to access up to 5 previous versions included in their new single-user subscription.

Sync Drawings by Discipline
Procore has updated the Drawings tool on the Procore iOS and Android mobile applications to allow you to download and sync drawings by discipline. This means that you can download the drawings that you need more easily, without needing to download all drawings in the project, or multiple drawings individually.
When you download drawings in the Procore mobile app, the drawings are cached on your local device so that you can view them later, even without an internet connection. However, when there is a large amount of drawings, this can take up a significant amount of storage on your device. Being able to sync drawings by discipline gives you better control over the drawings that are currently available on your device. View the details here.
Permanently Delete Photos from the tool’s Recycle Bin
Procore has release a new feature that allows users with ‘Admin’ level permissions on the Project level Photos tool to permanently delete photos from the recycle bin. See Delete a Photo from the Recycle Bin. Users can select photos from the Recycle Bin and use the ‘Delete’ button to permanently delete selected photos. Once a photo is deleted a ‘Deleted Photo’ card will appear to show the photo has been deleted. View the details here.
Quality and Safety: Fields Updated on iOS, Android, and Web In an effort to create consistency across Procore’s Quality & Safety tools, Procore has updated various fields across all platforms (web, iOS, Android). Updates include added fields, changed field labels, and moved fields.
This update gives company Admins more flexibility in determining which fields are optional, hidden, and required when creating a new configuring fieldsets. Users can capture as much as possible information about Quality & Safety regardless of which Procore platform they are using. Fields were updated on the following tools:
• Punch List – Live on Android and Web
• Incidents – Live on all platforms
• Inspections – Live on Android and Web
• Observations – Live on Android and Web
Timesheets: Apply Rounding Rules to Employee Timesheets
