Please take note of an important update from Autodesk as this might impact your access to your Autodesk Software.
Situation Overview:
On May 16th, Autodesk delivered two sets of patches to our customers: 1) Licensing patches for Windows (version 2014-2016) and Mac (versions 2016-2017) and 2) Revit - specific patches for the Revit Cloud Models features (versions 2015-2020) in preparation to deprecate support for Transport Layer Security (TLS) 1.0/1.1 by August 3rd.
Customer Impact:
Customers must apply the licensing update before August 3rd, or they will lose access to their Autodesk applications. Customers that use Revit Cloud Worksharing must also apply version specific Revit updates by August 3rd or they will lose access to Revit Cloud Worksharing features. Additional exposure for some Revit versions could include not being able to perform Energy Analysis or run various Dynamo functionality.
Customer Experience if updates are not applied before Aug. 3:
Customers who fail to complete the deployment of required TLS updates by the deadline will result in end-users losing access to their Autodesk products until the TLS update process is completed. Revit Cloud Worksharing end-users who fail to complete the Revit updates by August 3rd will not be able to complete project tasks that require connected cloud services until the Revit update process is completed.
