The cloud-based technology improves project delivery by streamlining the exchange of design data and project management which result in a more efficient design, construction and operation processes to be formed. If you have already adopted BIM into your project workflow, good job! However, do remember upskilling/ retraining your project team members is important, in order to keep their skillsets and knowledge up-to-date.
